Easily; a misinformed or ill-informed opinion is not valid. (Harlan's
law: everyone is _not_ entitled to an opinion; they are entitled to
an _informed_ opinion.) However, since William's opinion in this case
was about his own likes and dislikes, he could hardly be other than
informed.
