That is, as idols of the goddess, training them in her religion. Living idols, in a way. Idols in the Bible are attacked as "dumb," but "I'm Tina! I'm YOUR doll, AND I CAN TALK!" I'll modify my first paragraph: The dolls are especially for boys, so that they fall in love with their dolls, and later with the goddess that they image. Nutria --
