Gene Wolfe is large. He contains multitudes. Seriously, the longer I'm on this list the more I realize how various and different are the ways people enjoy his writing, some of which don't overlap much with what I enjoy in his work. So it's not at all surprising that we would have a large list of authors each of whom shares one or two of the long, varied list of virtues we see in Wolfe's work. -- Rostrum --
