Ah, you got your copies from Gene Wolfe?  I got my copy of number 2
from Jeremy Crampton--he said he didn't have any copies left of
number 1.  Publisher's choice--maybe he doesn't want =me= to have a
copy of number 1? <g>

Well, I =would= like a photocopy, so if it is possible please let me
know!
